RENTAL FAQs
How long is the rental period? Rental timeframes are generally 48 hours from pickup to return unless otherwise noted or agreed upon in writing.
How do I get my deposit back? Your deposit will be returned to you within 2 calendar weeks assuming items are returned as agreed upon.
Is delivery included in the price? Prices listed are for customer pickup and return unless otherwise noted or agreed upon in writing.
What could impact my deposit being returned? Items must be returned in the same condition they were at pickup. If items are dirty, stained or damaged, the appropriate fees will be deducted from the deposit.
Where is the pickup location? Pickup location is on main street in Merton, WI. Possible pickup in Oconomowoc also available depending on items and must be part of the rental contract.
I can't find what I'm looking for? We have many items that are not listed on the website. Please shoot us an email and we can let you know if we have what you're looking for.
Are there any other fees or taxes? Rental items are taxable in the state of Wisconsin at a normal "retail" tax rate. There is also a deposit required at pickup equal to a percentage of the value of the items being rented.
Do you offer delivery? Delivery is required with a few larger rental items. All other items are able to be scheduled for delivery for a delivery fee. Delivery fee will be based on days/times/locations/size of items.
