Pricing varies greatly depending on the itinerary you select. Please contact me for some sample dates and pricing that might work for you!
Payment Terms
Standard payment is 50% down at signing of contract, 25% down upon approval of itinerary and final payment is due one week before event. Expenses need to be paid in advance of procurement.
This is one of my most favorite things to do! This is a package we build together to surprise your loved one with a special date. This service includes:
- Initial planning session for up to 60 minutes
- Detailed itinerary with logistical information and specific atmosphere descriptions
emailed to client for approval
- Procurement of any materials, decor, etc
- Day of coordination, including setup and cleanup
- Execution of setup
- Cleanup and takedown, as necessary
Pricing for this package starts at $100 plus expenses but greatly varies depending on how many hours is needed to prepare, procure and/or facilitate the event. I have a long list of potential ideas and pricing I can share. Contact me for details!
